In the year 2000, the managing partner, Attorney and Notary Alejandro Villela Franco, son of the founder of the firm, opened the offices in the port city of Roatan in the Honduran Caribbean, making the law firm a pioneer and at the forefront of legal services through the Internet. In the year 2015 after a successful and prestigious career in the Judiciary joins the firm as a partner and director his cousin the Magister Lawyer in civil procedure and specialist in criminal and civil litigation Miguel Antonio Villela Trejo, following a family history of extensive experience and honesty.

Alejandro Villela Franco is a Lawyer and Notary Public, specialist in foreign investment in the tourism industry with 30 years of experience representing international investors on the island of Roatán in the Honduran Caribbean.
